Project description:
The Postdoc/Technician will be responsible for setting up a microscale ‘root-on-a-chip’ system in which these interactions can be monitored and visualized. The scope of this position is the fabrication and qualification of microfluidic system with methods such as photolithography and 3D printing techniques and the characterization of materials, material bonding, analysis of on-chip fluid dynamics, validation of biosensors, cell compatibility testing and the establishment of long-term co-culture.
