Project description:
The facility technician will be responsible for the fabrication and qualification of microfluidic system involving methods such as photolithography and 3D printing techniques and the characterization of materials, material bonding, analysis of on-chip fluid dynamics, validation of biosensors, and cell compatibility testing. Several other WPs have expressed interest in microfluidic systems for functional microbiome analysis which will need to be adapted and optimized for different applications and sample types.
