Project description:
This PostDoc position will be involved in all work packages of the Center of Excellence and in many of the method facilities. The PostDoc will design and perform complex bioinformatics analyses including high-performance computing, and will design and improve workflows for microbiome and omics analyses, machine learning and statistics. The PostDoc will be central for the data harmonization and data management, and will enable comparative analysis of data from microbiomes across different systems (environmental, host-associated) and in different representation stages. The PostDoc will develop and maintain databases and computational resources for microbiome analysis on international level.
